Why don`t I see the employee data in my reports?

ActiveDEMAND is designed to give you full attribution and insights into your prospects. When setting up automation, an email or a nurture campaign, the account employees would be running several tests before the campaign goes live. We want to ensure this data does not affect the campaign statistics and reporting and gives you accurate information about your marketing initiatives.

However, we include some employee data in reporting widgets on the dashboard. If you are noticing a discrepancy between widgets such as the Real-Time Email Campaign Viewer and your Email Campaign Report, this could be why. Employee data is not included in the drilldown report but is visible in the widget.
