Why I Am I Being Prompted to Reauthenticate my Calendar/Email?

There are a variety of possible reasons for a reauthentication prompt, such a password change, other changes in authentication details, or security settings within the calendar/email application.
If a user is repeatedly receiving reauthentication prompts within a short period of time after reauthenticating, please reach out to support@activedemand.com and we will further investigate.
