If you have received an email with a verification code but are unable to see the verification code box, you can try clearing your caches and cookies. This can be done easily by right-clicking on the page and selecting "Inspect".
From the developer console page, you can navigate to the "Application" tab and select the cookies. From there, click on "Clear all cookies" to remove all caches and cookies. Once you have done this, exit the page and re-enter to try to log in again.
