To get the most out of Generative AI it is recommended that you use the Prompt Template Library to store and re-use your AI Prompts.

In the Library you can create and categorized your Generative AI Prompts. 

Using Your Prompt Templates

The two options for using the templates are:

1. Inserting a prompt using a Dynamic Terms
2. Executing the prompt within the editor

Inserting Prompts Using Dynamic Terms

Some elements within the platform allow you to execute an AI Prompt. For example, the Ask ChatGPT workflow action. From the in place AI Shortcuts context menu, the Insert Menu, or from the AI Shortcuts menu in the platform editors, you can select and insert your prompt templates:
