I did not receive my user account confirmation, what should I do?

first, go to your login url which will be of the format of:


If you do not know your domain for your company, please send a note to support asking for assistance.

Once you see the login page, click the link highlighted below:

Once you click the link you will be presented with the resend confirmation instructions screen.

Fill in your email, click resend.

If you still do not get your account information, it could be one of two things:

  1. You do not have a user account
  2. Your login url is wrong
  3. The confirmation instructions went to your spam folder
  4. the confirmation instructions were blocked by your email server
Contact support if you did not get the instructions. Support will work to elliminate cases 1 and 2. If it is case 4, support will have a solution.
