How do I import an email template into ActiveDEMAND

You can use templates built in other products within ActiveDEMAND. Note that doing this will remove the drag and drop builder capabilities, as the entire email will need to be built within the HTML editor.

Step 1:

Create a new Email Template (Assets-Email Templates Library-New Email Template)

Step 2:
Select the following template "Import Template":

Step 3:

Click the text block:

Step 4:

Paste your template code in the source editor between the comments:
