Using Regular Expressions to control Popup visibility

When trying to include/exclude a a set of webpages in your popup configuration, AD makes it easy with regular expressions. Easy if you know regular expressions that is ... which I am sure is a total population of zero :-).

If I want to have a popup appear on all of the a set of blog posts, I would go
