GDPR Tool Suite: Subject Access Request (SAR)

ActiveDEMAND has a GDPR Tool Suite to assist marketers comply with the new regulations. GDPR requires that contacts have access to their data and can request personal data associated with the organization. This video gives the step by step demo to create a simple Subject Access Request (SAR) landing page and form that automatically emails the contact's data to them.

The short version is that you use the Email Contact Export workflow action in the autoresponder for the SAR form you create. This workflow action attaches a zip file to the email including all the contact history.
