GoToMeeting integration

For Small Business Marketer and Corporate Marketer packages ActiveDEMAND provides customized appointment scheduling apps that integrates with GoToMeeting. It is easy to build an appointment scheduler for all your sales staff and everyone else in your company with ActiveDEMAND:

• Link the schedule directly with your Google Calendar
• Automatically create GoToMeeting links
• Automatically follow up with the attendees to ensure no one misses an appointment
• Create a custom appointment scheduler for every sales person in your company
• White labeling is available for all schedules.

To set up GoToMeeting for your account follow these steps:

1. Gotomeeting is tied to the apponitment scheduler. Create an appointment scheduler for an employee (Learn about appointment schedulers)
2. In the appointment scheduler click 'add app'
   
3. Choose GotoMeeting
   
4. Authenticate by clicking
   
5. ensure you click 'close'
   
   

That is it! Meetings will be added to your appontments. If you use the defaults for the invite settings, your gotomeeting link will be included in the calendar link for your customers.
