How do I change the default Short URL Domain?

By default, the Short URL Domain for the trackable links in ActiveDEMAND is 1ad.biz:

If you want to change it so that it would use your domain (i.e. short.myshorturl.com), you can edit it according to the next steps.

Step 1: You have to create a CNAME record on your domain with these properties:

Host: short

Points to: submit.activedemand.com

Step 2: Redirect/forward your myshorturl.com to short.myshourturl.com

Step 3: Send a message to support@activedemand.com to verify the record.

Step 4: Once the CNAME record is verified, put the "myshorturl.com" into the Short URL Domain field of your account settings.
