If you have the Corporate Marketer package of ActiveDEMAND, sales people have the ability to 'claim' leads. This is essentially the same concept as assigning a contact manager for a specific contact. If you have Forward to Assigned Contact manager checked, any phone calls that are received from an managed contact will be routed to that sales person's phone number.
