Can we distinguish between firewall link clicks and real ones?

Firewalls click links to ensure the links are safe. The firewall manufacturers want to ensure their checks are accurate, thus they try very hard to make the click appear to be the same as one a human would make. If they do not look like a person clicking it, it would be easy for folks to fake it for the firewall and then do the damage for a human. Because of this logic the platform is not able to distinguish when a real person is clicking a link or it's a firewall testing before delivery.
